The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect for exploring the city. I was able to easily visit the Clock Tower and Drum Tower, as well as the nearby Muslim quarter. The view from my room was also amazing, with a clear sight of both towers. At night, it was truly breathtaking. The room itself was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. Being within walking distance of major shopping malls and metros was very convenient. There were also plenty of small eateries in the area. I highly recommend this hotel for its fantastic location and nice rooms.

The staff are very helpful and have English-speaking staff. They have tour agents that allow you to book on a group tour easily. The location is ideal as it is directly in front of the Bell Tower and Shopping Centres/Restaurants...
There are insects inside the room and hotel car pick-up!!! - everything else is ok if fumigation is managed frequently...

Great location. Good tour office located on 2nd floor. They emailed me before we went and arranged airport pick up and return + teracotta warriers tour. All exactly as described and good value. the travel agent in the office speaks excellent English and promptly returns all emails.
The beds are very clean but the mattress is very firm. They have very heavy doonas with no top sheet so it was hard to get comfortable - you had to put the air con on very cold to accomodate the warm bed. Would be great in winter!

Great location, perfect for those who want to explore the city in a short time. Walking distance to major attractions, with a bonus view of the Bell Tower.
Staff could improve, felt like they were family, always ready to help.

The location is the absolute best; right in the centre of Xi'an, near many tourist sights but also many transport links including airport transfer and local buses as well as shopping. The hotel upgraded me to a suite as they did not have a double room left - this was great. The staff were also quite helpful.
I didn't think the breakfast was that great however I am fussy and gluten- free; this comment is really based on the fact that the baked beans were not cooked! Also it was advertised as having a sauna but it seemed on arrival you had to pay for these additional facilities.

Perfect location, near the 2 towers (Bell tower and Drum tower) and the muslim quarter.
Breakfast is not included in the room price, that is fine. However, the added extra is written to be 43 RMB/person on the Booked.net voucher but it is actually 60 RMB/person at the check-out counter, where the clerk claims that it is a mistake of Booked.net. I think that an investigation should be in order.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Xi'an with a perfect location. The hotel was just steps away from the famous Bell Tower and other tourist attractions. The staff were responsive and helpful, providing directions and speaking English. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. I even received a small surprise gift from the reception. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location and value for money.

All lobby staff have excellent spoken English and are able to assist with enquiries. Also I used the CITS tourist staff and although they did not have a tour to Emperor Jingdi's tomb a car was organised for me so that I could visit this site.
Smoking in the foyer/lobby.

The hotel is situated in the centre of Xi'an, near the bell tower. Location of the hotel is perfect.
The reception looks nice but the rooms are less than you expect. A little old fashion but as we stayed only for 2 nights, it was okay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right next to the Bell Tower and surrounded by many shopping malls. It was also in the center of the walled city, making it easy to explore all the major attractions. The hotel facilities were great, including a clean and comfortable room with a beautiful view of the Bell Tower. The staff was friendly and helpful, and some even spoke English. We were able to arrange transportation to the Terracotta Warriors through the front desk, and our English-speaking driver was excellent.
No issues.

Excellent services at the hotel - particularly the tours. Was so easy to book a tour to the terracotta warriors. Did not have to waste time wandering around the city looking for a tourist office. All services were provided at the hotel.

Large room, with perfect view. Very clean, great service. Travel services available in the hotel to arrange guided tour to Terra Cotta museum.
In chinese hotels, internet costs too much.

I had a great time staying at this luxurious hotel. The location is absolutely amazing, right in the heart of the city. I could easily walk to fabulous restaurants, explore the famous Bell Tower, and immerse myself in the vibrant streets of the Moslem Quarter. Additionally, it was just a short distance from the South Gate of the city wall, where I could rent bicycles and ride along the ancient structure. The hotel staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable. They spoke English well and assisted me with everything I needed. The room was comfortable and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a hairdryer, electric kettle, and bottled water. I also appreciated the cleanliness and attractiveness of the lobby and exterior of the hotel. At night, the illuminated hotel and Bell Tower looked absolutely spectacular.
I would highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends. It is a perfect place to stay when visiting this amazing city, with its unbeatable location and excellent services.

Very convenient position at centre of Xi An. All facilites you would expect from a good international hotel.
Staff helpful but, as usual in China, a bit po-faced and unsmiling.

A very good hotel, truy higher than 3-star one. Good english-speaking staff, great central location, good and clean rooms, soft beds. Breakfast were good (both chinese and western style), but a bit too expensive (50 RMB)
